M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
The M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O Psychology) addresses one of the fastest-growing fields in psychology: the application of the science of psychology to solving workplace issues and maximizing productivity and employee satisfaction.
Since I/O Psychology focuses on human behavior in work settings, there are a variety of areas where graduates can excel, including business, industry, labor, public (including non-profit), academic, community and health organizations. This interdisciplinary I/O Psychology graduate program draws on expertise and subject matter from NLU’s School of Social and Behavioral Sciences and the School of Business and Management. Coursework from NLU's M.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Human Resource Management and Development is also incorporated into the curriculum.
